Welcome to BeatzVybes. By accessing or using our platform at beatzvybes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BeatzVybes in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms. If you are using BeatzVybes on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. The Platform
BeatzVybes is a music battle platform where players pick their favourite artists head-to-head, contributing to global leaderboards and The Vammies — our fan-powered digital music awards. The platform includes:
- Artist, album and element battles
- Desert Island Mode
- Global and regional leaderboards
- The Vammies weekly, monthly and annual awards
- Player-created debates
- Social features including posts, likes, comments and follows
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or The Vammies results. Accounts found to be engaging in vote manipulation will be permanently banned.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use BeatzVybes only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use automated bots or scripts to cast votes or manipulate leaderboards
- Post content that is hateful, abusive, threatening or discriminatory
- Post content unrelated to music
- Impersonate other users, artists or public figures
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
- Use the platform to spam or send unsolicited messages
5. Content You Post
By posting content on BeatzVybes — including battle results, debates, comments and hot takes — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without notice.
6. The Vammies
The Vammies awards are determined entirely by player battle data using our published integrity system. We reserve the right to disqualify votes that show signs of manipulation. The Vammies results are final. We are not affiliated with any other music award organisation.
7. Intellectual Property
BeatzVybes, The Vammies, and all associated logos, designs and content are the intellectual property of BeatzVybes. You may not use our name, logo or branding without our written permission. Artist names, images and music referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
BeatzVybes is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not responsible for any loss of data or interruption of service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeatzVybes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BeatzVybes after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform.
